DAVID MILLAR

Having trained at one, two and three Michelin starred restaurants in his career, including the highly impressive , Louis XV in Monaco, David has a keen love for flavours from the Mediterranean and in particular, a well made risotto!

Currently executive chef of Jupiter Artland , David loves a competition and has recently represented Scotland at the Culinary World Cup and was a finalist at Scottish Chef of the Year.
