With a long career in culinary brand development and presentation Paul is very well known within the industry. For the past several years he’s been the Koppertcress Culinary Countries Manager for the UK, Middle East, Ireland and Asia, charged with developing the gastronomy and mixology segments within their portfolio. He’s recently accepted a new challenge and is now in post at Taste of the Lakes as their Culinary Director, bringing his unique skill set to a different audience.
